Return Policy:

Sienna Naturals aims for 100% customer satisfaction. We have a 30-day return policy should you need to return your items. To receive a refund on your products you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We ask you to contact us at customerservice@siennanaturals.com to get our return address. Once you send products back and send us a tracking number we will issue a refund. Route Package Protection is non-refundable.

If you have received a damaged or an incorrect order, please email us with photos of the order you received within 5 days from the date you received your order. 

The Sienna Sample Set is final sale and is not eligible for returns.

Cancellation Policy:

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible and our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to do just that. Therefore, we can only cancel your order if shipping has not been processed. 

Subscription Cancellation Policy:

Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew at the end of each Subscription period, unless you cancel your Subscription before the renewal. You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the applicable Subscription billing date indicated on your “Account” page. To cancel, log into your account, select “Manage Your Subscriptions” and the click “Cancel” next to the Subscription you wish to cancel. You may also email us at customerservice@siennanaturals.com  indicating you wish to cancel your Subscription, and follow the instructions given.

If your Subscription has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. If you'd like to return your Subscription order, please see the Return Policy above. All emails regarding your purchase should be sent to: customerservice@siennanaturals.com
